Our Story

A retreat built from the fire.

I built Dosed because I am a woman who had to learn how to walk again—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My journey didn't start with a desire for a business; it started with a fight for my life. For years I was a prisoner to my own body. First, it was the grueling battle with alcohol, managing Hemochromatosis, cervical cancer, congestive heart failure, too many to count life saving blood transfusions, liver failure and even hospice. Then, after "standard" Depo-Provera shots caused my ankle to break and the bones in both of my feet to shatter, I was gifted the most brutal parting prize: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

The "Suicide Disease"

CRPS is medically documented as the most painful condition known to man. They call it the "suicide disease" for a reason—the fire in your nerves is relentless, and the pharmaceutical solutions offered by the industry are often as damaging as the disease itself. Every step I took was painful as I developed CRPS in my left foot. I knew how to fight, but I was tired of just surviving.

I was told this was my "new normal." I REFUSED to believe them.

In my search for a way out, I found psilocybin. It didn't just mask the pain; it REWIRED my neural pathways. It cleared the fog of depression, gave my nervous system a reset, and allowed me to reclaim the life that had been stolen from me.

I am not just a founder; I am a witness to the impossible. I know the darkness of CRPS, the weight of Big Pharma, and the miracle of second chances. I built Dosed to be the bridge for those who are still waiting for their life to begin again.

You’ve spent enough time fighting. It’s time to heal.
